Terms, Conditions & Policy
2: Our drivers have the right to refuse the provision of a journey if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. For safety reasons, drivers will not allow passenger to hold their luggage whilst driving.
3: We offer free waiting time for up to sixty minutes for the international flight and up to thirty minutes domestic flight after the flight lands and thereafter a waiting fee of $5.00 per 15 minutes will apply.
4: Passengers who specify a period of time in minutes or hours after the landing time after which they wish the driver to arrive, should inform us if they are ready to be collected earlier than the initial request. This will allow us to arrange the driver to collect the passengers at the airport earlier than the specified time if possible, depending on availability.
5: Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles. Client assure that no illegal drugs in to our vehicles. In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate agreement without refund.
6: Up to 15 minutes of free waiting time is provided for journeys other than airport pick-ups, followed by a waiting fee of 0.30 per minute thereafter.
7: Passengers should inform us over the phone or via e-mail if they cannot see the driver at the airport or pick-up location and should not leave the airport or agreed pick-up location.
8: Customers are responsible for the reservation details as we will not be held responsible for any incorrect details that affect the journey such as contact number, flight details, and address of pick-up or destination.
9: Customers should inform of any additional descriptions that will avoid delays for the driver to arrive at the correct pick-up address. These details can include for example preferred part of flat or building (front or rear entrance).
10: Customers should bring a print-out of their online payment confirmation on the day of the journey to show to their driver if requested.
11: In order to receive the coupon discount, Print the coupon and hand out to the chauffeur.
12: Cancellations should be made 12 hours prior to the journey preferably by e-mail or over the phone for which we provide 100% refunds for online payments.
13: Customers should notify us 6 hours before the journey of any changes or cancelations in the reservation details such as pick-up or destination address, diversions or pick-up time.
14: It is the responsibility of customers to inform us if they have not received a confirmation e-mail.
15: Rates do not include Gratuity, Tolls, Parking and Tax/surcharges.
16: No show up or refuse: the full fare will be apply, do not argue with our chauffeur. Customer has to call the company.
17: We are not responsible for services delayed or rendered due to the weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
18: Our terms and conditions may subject to changes without notice.
19: Our prices may subject to change without notice online but once confirmed by e-mail for a journey, the quoted price at the time will apply.
20: Passengers will be responsible for all their belongings. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of luggage or other loading items.
21: Due to a new airport security law imposed by Washington Dulles Int'l Airport (IAD) and Reagan National Airport (DCA), there will be an additional $4.00 charge for pick-up/drop off. For more information regarding this law, login at www.mwaa.com.
